It started with his own projects.
Before Raven Powder Coating became a business, Chance was an automotive enthusiast looking for a better finish for his own wheels and parts. Repainting them only to watch the finish chip, fade, or wear down led him to explore powder coating.
What began as a personal project became a passion. Through self-directed study, research, and hands-on experience, Chance learned the equipment, materials, and techniques behind the process. In 2020, he founded Raven Powder Coating in Orlando, Florida.
THE APPROACH

For Chance, a lasting finish begins with careful preparation. Removing old coatings and preparing the surface are essential steps before a part ever reaches the oven.
Raven uses Prismatic Powders to offer a wide selection of colors, textures, and specialty finishes. The aim is to match each project’s appearance and practical needs with the right preparation and coating.

Chance started Raven on his own. Today, a small team works alongside him, supporting projects that range from individual custom parts to fabrication and production runs.
Now based in Longwood, Raven serves Central Florida and ships completed custom powder-coated projects across the United States and internationally. Its work includes powder coating, Cerakote, sandblasting, fabrication, mass production, and restoration for automotive, residential, industrial, and specialty applications.
